Random Facts:

-Leads were extremely varied this month, especially compared to past months. The only ones that showed up consistently on multiple teams were Persian, Butterfree, and Snover.
-Despite concerns about their power, Slaking and Entei weren't common at all and generally failed to actually sweep when used.
-This is the first month where Raichu didn't make it to OU.
-The new dragons were barely used at all. Gabite was never used.
-Armaldo had NO usage.

Common Trends in February:

Most Common Pokemon: Hitmonchan
Most Common Lead: Persian and Combusken
Most Common Baton Passer: Venomoth
Most Common Type of Teams: Bulky Offense and Hail
Most Common Revenge Killer: Haunter
Most Common Late-Game Sweeper: Hitmonchan and Jynx (but this varied so much that it's hard to really say)
Most Common Wall Breaker: Lickilicky
Most Common Walls: Politoed, Mantine, and Dusclops

Other Notes: Hail teams finally got their chance to shine. Other strategies that saw some use were Rain Dance, Trick Room, and Baton Pass. Stall teams were rare, with most people opting to go more offensive, even in Hail. Even with the lack of steels to trap (most steels aren't too common), Magneton was extremely common thanks to its handy typing and good stats.
